Privacy Policy

SynerFuse, Inc. (“SynerFuse”, “we”) operates this website. This policy explains what we collect here, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. It is not a notice of privacy practices under HIPAA, and this website is not a healthcare provider.

Please do not send health information

Our forms are for general inquiries. Please do not send personal health information, medical records, images, or details of your condition or treatment. Messages sent to us through this site are not encrypted in transit end-to-end, are not monitored for urgent medical issues, and do not create a clinician–patient relationship. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you use a contact, investor-information or subscribe form: your name, email address, organization, the category you select (for example patient, clinician, investor, press), your subject line and your message.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, date and time, the page requested, referring page and user agent — for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.
• Cookies. This site sets only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function and, where used, to keep a session secure. It does not run advertising, retargeting or profiling cookies. If analytics are enabled in future, non-essential cookies will be held until you opt in.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To answer your inquiry; to send you the updates you asked for; to keep the site secure and working; and to meet our legal obligations. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our lawful bases are your consent (for updates), our legitimate interests (site security, responding to inquiries), and legal obligation.

Who we share it with

Service providers who host this website, deliver our email, and store our records, each under contract and only to provide those services. We also disclose information where the law requires it, and in connection with a merger, financing or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law. Subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and retain; to access and to receive a copy of it; to correct it; to delete it; and to be free from retaliation for exercising those rights. In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of identifiers and internet activity described above, from you and from your device, for the purposes described above.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA, so we do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” sale opt-out. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing for any future processing that would fall into those categories. To exercise a right, email privacy@synerfuse.com or write to us at the address below; we will verify your identity by asking you to confirm information we already hold, and we will respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission.

Your rights in the EU and the UK

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security and international transfers

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Our systems are operated in the United States; if you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred there.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
